Delivery & Returns Policy

Order Dispatch Period 

Orders received Monday-Friday before 12noon are usually dispatched on the same day provided we have the item in stock.

Orders received Monday-Friday after 12noon are usually dispatched on the next available working day provided we have the item in stock.

Orders received Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays dispatched the next available working day provided we have the item in stock.


Standard Delivery

Standard delivery will be sent through Royal Mail and can take between 3 and 5 days.

Price: £5.95 (delivery includes postage and packing). 


Next Working Day Delivery

Next Working Day delivery orders must be placed before 12noon.

Price: £10.00 (delivery includes postage and packing).


Orders Over £100

We are currently offering our customers Free "Standard Delivery" for orders that are over £100.


Free Collection from our Shop 

We are happy for you to collect your order from our shop in Haslar Marina, Gosport. Please select this option and we will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Price: FREE.

Out of Area Postcodes

Orders to the following postcodes will be subject to a surcharge of £17.50 due to their remote location.

AB37 - AB56, CA18 - CA27, GY9, HS1 - HS9, HS54 - HS58, IV7 - IV56, KA27 - KA28, KW1 - KW17, LA15 - LA23, PA20 - PA78, PH17 - PH50, TR21 - TR25, ZE1 - ZE3.

Although we have attempted to make this process automated some postcodes may not activate the surcharge. If the charge is not applied, and is listed above, please add the surcharge item to your basket. 


Please Note 

Working Days are Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.

Our couriers will endeavour to deliver on time, but adverse weather conditions may cause delays.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of any expected delay and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We have a 30 day returns policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Ensure the item is returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging.

Enclose a copy of your invoice, or download and complete our Returns Form.

We recommend posting the item using a Signed For delivery service for peace of mind. We are unable to replace goods being returned that are lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

Products returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging will be inspected and refunds processed equal to the value of each product on the date of purchase.
